The Hong Kong–Saudi Business Council (HKSBC) operates through a well-defined organizational framework designed to ensure transparency, collaboration, and strategic efficiency in driving bilateral cooperation.
Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board serves as the governing authority of the Council, providing strategic oversight, governance direction, and policy supervision.
It is composed of senior advisors, honorary presidents, and distinguished leaders from both Hong Kong and Saudi Arabia who bring extensive experience across finance, trade, diplomacy, and investment.
Responsibilities:
Define the Council’s long-term strategic direction
Approve annual plans, policies, and financial reports
Provide advisory input on cross-border initiatives
Uphold governance and ethical standards
