He previously served as Vice Minister of Investment of Saudi Arabia and played a key role in advancing international cooperation strategies under Saudi Vision 2030.

Currently, as Chairman of ACWA Power China, he leads strategic initiatives and energy partnerships in China, covering solar, wind, desalination, and green hydrogen.

He has represented Saudi Arabia at major international platforms such as the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting of the New Champions (Summer Davos) and the Qingdao Multinationals Summit, advocating for stronger energy and investment cooperation between China and Saudi Arabia. He is widely recognized as a key bridge connecting Saudi Arabia and the Asian market.
